Krioyo Son is composed of 7 musicians who specialize in traditional Cuban music, as well as Merengue, Cumbia, Boleros, and more.They have played in numerous local events such as Cuba Nostalgia, Alcazabas, and many others. The band includes such musicians as Tony Gundin (drums) who worked with Latino pop stars like Julio Iglesias, Jon Secada, and the Ed Calle Jazz Project, Luis Serrano (bass), a founding member of the Miami Sound Machine, and Jesus â€œChuchiâ€ Jorge (trumpet and trombone), who has collaborated with Carlos Santana and is a member of Miamiâ€™s outstanding band, Palo.
