Important I-95 Closures For January 2009

{Okay, this is not my normal posting style, but was just too good to pass up. I present this email that I received from a good friend completely intact, including the commentary from my friend.}

Does this mean they’re DEMOLISHING the express lanes, which they just spent $10 million on?? And people wonder why our government has budget issues.
