Ring in the new year by the sea at Pelican Grand Beach Resort’s New Year’s Eve Celebration on Wednesday, December 31. Enjoy a festive five-course dinner by Chef Steve Mendez, live entertainment, and a sparkling oceanfront atmosphere. The first seating (5:00–8:00 p.m., $104++ per person) features a five-course prix fixe menu with optional wine pairings and live music, while the second seating (8:00 p.m.–midnight, $120++ per person) includes a complimentary champagne toast, live entertainment, and fire dancers to welcome 2025 in spectacular style.
