Join Close to Home exhibiting artist Josh Aronson for Photo Book Speed Date, a playful, artist-led program designed to spark connection through a shared love of photo books.

This lively exchange mimics the format of a traditional speed date—without the romance. Bring a beloved photo book or art book and share pages in quick, timed rotations, creating brief but meaningful conversations inspired by images, stories, and personal reflections.

Open to photographers, artists, students, collectors, book lovers, and anyone interested in connecting through photography and visual storytelling.

This program is presented in conjunction with Close to Home, an exhibition featuring artists from the South Florida community whose creative sources are their private worlds and the emotional ties that most intimately define them.
