Pilates & Lattes brings its signature social wellness experience to the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club for House of Aphrodite, a beachside Galentine’s morning designed to blend movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection. Taking place Sunday, February 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the event invites guests to socialize and unwind with a curated wellness recovery lounge, an Aphrodite-inspired DJ coffee party featuring Aphrodite Cold Foam Lattes by Haute Coffee and a signature beachside Pilates Sculpt suitable for all levels. Designed as a true community building experience, guests are encouraged to come solo, connect authentically and stay on to relax beachside, embracing the sun, sea and new friendships.
