United Way Broward’s Coalition on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention will present the 3rd Annual South Florida Addiction Prevention & Solutions Summit on Wednesday, February 18 at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood.

·Attendees at this regional gathering will focus on advancing the strategies, collaborations, and solutions needed to prevent substance misuse and save lives across their community.

·Internationally recognized speaker on drug policy, Kevin A. Sabet, PhD., will keynote the summit. Dr. Sabet has been an advisor to three U.S. presidential administrations and is currently the President and CEO of the Foundation for Drug Policy Solutions and SAM. He is also a renowned author whose work has appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and Newsweek. His insights will help guide a deeper understanding of the rising cost of preventable overdoses and the critical need for innovative prevention strategies.
