On Sunday, December 28, the Ocean Drive Association presents Electric Piquete as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series—our free weekly concert series and the last performance of the year.Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair, grab your spot on the lawn, and settle in for a high-energy set starting at 5:00 PM.About Electric Piquete

Formed in 2007, Electric Piquete is a Miami-based Latin funk outfit and two-time Miami New Times “Best Latin Band” award winner. Their sound is pure Miami: a genre-bending mix of rock, jazz, funk, Afro-Caribbean, progressive, and R&B.They’ve also released a full-length recording, Azabache—a collection of new, mostly instrumental tracks—now streaming on all platforms and available on CD via Bandcamp.
