After 17 successful years, the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival (PBFWF) returns to the balmy island of Palm Beach and beyond for its 18th year on December 11-14, 2025. Held at a time when South Florida experiences its best weather of the year, PBFWF celebrates incredible foods prepared by some of the world’s most renowned chefs, enjoyed in a variety of the resort’s most idyllic settings—an allure that keeps even the most discerning gourmands coming back each year to experience this palatable festival. Tickets for the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival are available at www.pbfoodwinefest.com. Package options include the “Pick 4, Save 15%” option; and the Pick 3, where guests can save 10%. This year’s top event highlights include:

New Event PAR-TEE AT THE PARK
Noon on Saturday brings a fresh twist to the Festival with a brand-new walk-around tasting at The Park in West Palm Beach. Host chef Jason Van Bomel teams up with an all-star roster—Ashley Christensen, Leah Cohen, Elizabeth Falkner, Stephanie Izard, Mike Lata, Beau MacMillan, and Alex Seidel—for a culinary “par-tee” like no other. This new Saturday highlight invites guests to stroll between stations, sip, savor creative bites, and socialize in an open-air setting where every bite and pour brings the fun. $225 per person

New Event BUBBLES & BITES: A YACHT ROCK EXPERIENCE Presented by VioLife
Taking place poolside at PGA National Resort, this spirited walk-around returns after a brief hiatus last year. Attendees can anticipate sparkling wines, inventive cocktails, and chef-crafted bites from culinary heavy hitters, including Nina Compton, Joe Flamm, the Forgione family, Sarah Grueneberg, Mason Hereford, Chris Shepherd, Stephen Stryjewski, and Maggie Scales, along with PGA’s signature restaurants. Ticketed guests will enjoy an open-air evening of chef-crafted bites and laid-back yacht rock classics from the ‘70s and ‘80s. $250 per person

18th ANNUAL GRAND TASTING presented by The Palm Beaches
South Florida’s premier culinary celebration returns to the Palm Beach County Convention Center, bringing together more than 50 of the country’s top chefs and restaurants with indulgent dishes and desserts, paired with more than 100 world-class wines (all rated 90+ by Wine Spectator), craft spirits, and more. The excitement builds with the Grand Chef Throwdown, hosted by Mo & Sally alongside Jay Cashmere, where three local chefs compete for a $10,000 prize benefiting a local charity. Their creations will be judged by an all-star panel of celebrity chefs, including Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison, and Robert Irvine. $229 per person
