Find your flow as InterContinental Miami hosts Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing on Tuesday, June 10 at 7PM. Guests can expect a one-of-a-kind yoga flow class led by Papa Guru Nicolay Del Salto on the hotel’s SkyLawn, complete with breathwork and sound bowl healing while enjoying nighttime views of downtown Miami. The evening continues with a live DJ and flutist, sound bath, deep meditation and live performances. After class, guests are encouraged to stay and connect with others in the community.
