The Kitty Yogi launches its first class on Sunday, March 9 at 1:30PM at Mint Room, offering guests a sanctuary to unwind, stretch and embrace mindfulness – all while kittens roam freely, purring and cuddling their way into participants’ hearts. Each class is designed to bring relaxation and joy, creating an atmosphere where movement, breath and animal therapy unite.

The class will include a slow-flow yoga session guided by an experienced instructor (yoga mats included!). Guests can look forward to playtime with adoptable kittens from Kittens Up 4 Sale, an organization that connects purebred kittens with homes. Following the class, healthy protein snacks and artisanal coffee and matcha lattes powered by healthy restaurant, Vale, will be provided. Guests will also enjoy a digital photo booth to capture Instagrammable moments. By partnering with local animal, community and wellness organizations, The Kitty Yogi aims to promote mindfulness, animal welfare and community connection, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and fun.
