âme Spa & Wellness Collective at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa continues its monthly wellness program of meditation and mindfulness-focused classes on Sunday, March 10. Guests can set intentions with the help of crystals and find balance with “intention setting” kits including palo santo, sage, crystals, and more. With a focus on Sacral Chakra Affirmations for Creativity, this class will showcase how the Sacral Chakra connects with intuition, emotions, and the emotions of people around us.
