This Mother’s Day, toast to Mom at Le Jardinier’s Champagne Mother’s Day Brunch. Beverage Director Juan Carlos Santana handpicked a selection of beautiful bubbles to pair with an al la carte menu of dishes. Bottomless MOMosas, made with Aperol, Cremant de Limoux, and orange will be available only on Mother’s Day ($40) as well as bottomless Rossini ($40) with Crème de fraises bois, Cremant de Limoux and fresh strawberries. A la carte dishes include Citrus Cured Hiramasa with Mango and Passionfruit, Ōra King Salmon Rillette with Country Bread and Avocado, Mahi Mahi with Charred Scallion, Soubisse and Leeks and Bavette Au Jus with Royal Trumpet Mushrooms and Crispy Potatoes. The meal will end with a special chocolate surprise designed by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone.
