About this event
Three of Anatomy’s top female instructors will lead you through this three-part workout which is guaranteed to test your strength. This 90-minute session will consist of three workouts, kettlebell routines, HIIT training and pilates. Come get a great workout at 1 Beach Club and leave feeling stronger and empowered.
