Cost: A selection of bikes per class are reserved for hotel guests on a complimentary, first-come, first-served basis. For all non-guests single classes are $25 each, $69 for 3 pack or $200 for 10 pack.

It’s time to rock & ride. The beachfront W Fort Lauderdale and Ride Element spin studio are offering guests and locals the ride of their life, with four-times-weekly spin classes. This series features outdoor, oceanfront spin classes with 18 socially distanced spin bikes perched on the fourth floor Living Room Terrace. A Ride Element spin instructor fuels the day with a heart pumping workout, saturated with panoramic ocean views and lively beats. Cycle shoes or sneakers are required for class and water, sunglasses, and hats are recommended.
