InterContinental Miami is hosting a unique Nirvana Yoga experience led by Papa Guru Nicolay Del Salto (@papa_guru) on the hotel’s SkyLawn, the outdoor green space located on the 5th floor pool deck. Attendees will enjoy an open-air, one-of-a-kind yoga flow class led by Nicolay and instructors from Urenergy Yoga, followed by guided meditation and sound healing. Personal yoga mat required.
