Celebrate 2018 beachside at the ultimate South Beach party featuring Cuban beats and ocean breeze at the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel! On Sunday, December 31st, the beachfront hotel will host a New Year’s Eve concert featuring Miami’s own Afro-Cuban funk band, PALO!, delectable food from The Social Club and more! From 8PM to 1AM, the celebration will begin with a poolside performance by PALO!, paired with exclusive dinner options and a premium open bar. The evening will feature an assortment of outstanding dining stations, expertly crafted by Executive Chef Jeffrey Williams, including Chicharrón or suckling pig; wagyu brisket; a mac n’ cheese bar with incredible flavors such as bacon mac n’ cheese, shrimp, broccoli, crispy onion and pulled pork mac; a poke station with varied selections including ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp and ponzu, spicy aioli; and a decadent dessert selection.
