Join the premiere wine store of South Florida, Wine Watch, while owner Andy hosts a dynamic, informative wine tasting with a two-course pairing by Four Seasons Executive Chef Aaron Brooks. Tuesday, October 16th’s class will be about German and Austrian wines, which Andy says are two of the world’s most misunderstood fine wine regions of today.
Chef Brooks has created a paired menu to enjoy along with the wines:
-House Made German Sausages, Boiled Potatoes, Endives, Mustard
-Crispy All Natural Chicken, Slow Braised Red Cabbage, Sweet Baby Carrots, Apple, Caraway
