Join Bacchus Dinner Club at Miami Beach’s sultry gastro-lounge on Wednesday February 22 at 6:30pm for an experience you won’t forget! Executive chef Todd Erickson (formerly of Zuma) together with… the incredibly talented mixologist Isaac Grillo, developed a menu just for the Bacchus Dinner Club! See why Miami.com gives it three stars and it’s been critically acclaimed since its opening, as well as received by locals and foodies as the place to be to have all your senses indulged.

First, we’ll be greeted with a demonstration by Mixologist Isaac Grillo, as he shares his inspiration on how he works his magic at the hugely popular gastro-lounge at Haven. Delight in the complexity of flavors in Isaac Grillo’s concoctions and see why he has become a formidable force in South Florida’s mixology scene….

Then we’ll feast on a specially prepared menu by the celebrated chef Todd Erickson. His love of local and sustainable ingredients at the peak of season has earned him a top position in Miami’s culinary world. He has been featured in Gourmet Magazine and Today Show, as well as in numerous publications for his innovative cuisine. We have the honor of sampling some of Chef Todd’s creations, in this menu he developed just for the Bacchus Dinner Club!

Don’t forget to RSVP to this exciting dinner! Space is very limited! Dinner is $35, that INCLUDES tax, tip and your first drink. Thereafter, the signature cocktail is $7 for the Bacchus Dinner Club until 8:30 as well as Happy Hour pricing ($5 beer and $6 call liquor).
