Dine Magazine is hosting a happy hour event at the newly opened Edge, Steak & Bar located at Four Seasons Miami. Edge, offers a contemporary American menu highlighting seasonal ingredients sourced by top local producers, high-quality, interesting cuts of meat and indigenous seafood in a modern indoor-outdoor space.

Guests can dine in the elegant dining room or make their way onto the outdoor oasis where a gorgeous patio overlooks the 2-acre pool area and offers pristine views of the bay. In addition to being picture perfect, Edge features the cuisine of Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and Restaurant Chef James King, formerly of Verdea Restaurant & Wine Bar in Palm Beach Gardens — and they will have your palate dancing with joy.

Cost for this event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes 1 Dos Maderas cocktail and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres like East Coast oysters with Mojo Mignonette, Anticucho, Chorizo and Cheddar Croquetas with Romesco Sauce, Kettle Chips, Assorted Flatbreads, Charcuterie and Cheese, Taco Cones and assorted tartares (corvina, beef, scallop & ahi tuna).
