Sunset House is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit substance abuse treatment center for men offering an extended care residential addiction treatment program in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The Mission Of Sunset House:
· This event Benefits Sunset House which is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) Florida Department of Children and Families licensed Level IV treatment center for men recovering from chemical dependency. Our mission is to safely and effectively transition our residents back into their communities with all of the tools necessary to maintain long-term, meaningful sobriety.
· What makes the Sunset House Program stand out among many other extended care facilities is the fact that we offer a highly structured environment that emphasizes client accountability and discipline. Our three to four month Program will see clients through a number of crucial real-world obstacles faced by the newly recovering individual. Money-management, job- and living-skills, and 12 Step enculturation are just some of the focal points of treatment at Sunset House.
· Another special feature of Sunset House is affordability. Some potential clients and their families cannot gather the resources required by many extended care programs. At Sunset House, 25% of client fees are subsidized through grant-writing and fundraising efforts. For $300 per week, our clients receive weekly group and individual therapy with a credentialed therapist, individualized treatment plans that are reviewed and updated throughout the course of treatment, auricular acupuncture to assist in stress-management and detoxification, nutritionist consultations, and 24/7 staff supervision and support. Our doors are always open to clients and their families, and people are viewed as people – not revenue.

Creative City Collaborative, a nonprofit organization created to build the cultural infrastructure that celebrates Delray Beach as a creative, authentic, and intimate City, is tasked with implementing the City’s cultural plan, adopted by the City Commission in 2006 and CRA Plan’s Arts Based Economic Development Program.
