National headlining comedians Jim Breuer of Saturday Night Live and the cult-classic movie Half-Baked, plus Rich Vos and Bonnie McFarlane, both of Last Comic Standing and Comedy Central, will take the stage one night only, Friday, December 17, at the first-ever Laugh for Sight Comedy benefit in Miami, hosted by The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. The fundraising event will begin at 7pm with a VIP cocktail reception, where guests can meet the comics while enjoying light bites, cocktails and entertainment. The live comedy show will open to general admission at 8:00 pm and feature four entertainers including Brian Fischler, blind comic and co-founder of the Laugh for Sight Charity, accompanied by his guide dog, Nash.

Proceeds raised will directly benefit two noteworthy vision organizations including Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania in support of its retinal degenerative eye disease research and Guiding Eyes for the Blind, a guide dog school which provides service dogs to the blind and visually impaired. This event follows the success of the recently held 5th annual Laugh for Sight New York and 1st Annual Laugh for Sight Los Angeles which featured Sarah Silverman, Kevin Pollak, Kevin Nealon, Adam Ferrara and more.
