Chef Cedric Vongerichten, recognized as one of Zagat’s top 30 chefs under 30 and Antonio Bachour, the recently honored best pastry chef in the U.S. by Esquire magazine, are joining forces for a culinary experience at Bachour’s restaurant as part of the South Beach Food and Wine Festival (SOBEWFF). Dishes for the exclusive event will be revealed the night of the dinner and will be curated alongside Bachour’s Chef de Cuisine Herbert Schulz. This league of extraordinary gentlemen will create a menu, accented by rosé wines from Château d’Esclans, that will serve up the best the East Coast has to offer.
