Seminole Casino Coconut Creek’s 1st Street Deli will offer a “deli-licious” way to start the day when it unveils its breakfast menu on August 1 from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The authentic New York-style delicatessen that serves sandwiches bigger than your appetite is now offering a wide assortment of breakfast sandwiches, omelets, benedicts, cereals, waffles and more. Plus, hot fresh doughnuts and caramel dipping sauce are served with all breakfast dine-in entrees.

The menu features classic morning cocktails ($6.95) including Bloody Mary made with Absolut Vodka and a half-sour pickle and Screwdriver made with fresh Seminole orange juice and Absolut Vodka.

The signature 1st Street Breakfast includes two eggs served any style, two slices of crispy challah French toast, two slices of bacon, two fresh housemade sausage patties, two potato latkes and a choice of a bagel or toast ($14.95). Other breakfast originals include French toast, steak and eggs, corned beef hash, lox platter, whitefish platter and a fresh fruit plate. The biscuits and gravy dish is housemade with pork sausage from the NYY Steak butcher shop.

Sandwiches are served with freshly baked bagels or toast. Options range from deli and egg to lox to healthy start, a combination of egg whites, spinach and sliced tomato. They range from $8.95 to $11.95. Omelet fans will delight in the choices – meat, delicatessen, three cheese, western (diced ham, onion and green peppers), veggie and eggs any way. They range from $8.95 to $12.95. Benedicts offered include traditional style, delicatessen, sausage, spinach and crab cake. They range from $10.95 to $16.95. Diners with a sweet tooth will enjoy traditional Belgian waffles and decadent peanut butter chocolate chip Belgian waffles. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and fruit juices are also available.
