Join Savor Tonight at Vesper, and be one of the first to experience the recently opened (on 8/1) The Dining Room Pop-Up. Horacio Rivadero, the chef/owner at The Dining Room on Miami Beach, has been brought on board for the summer to create a pop-up called The Dining Room at Vesper. His first day there is tomorrow, so we’ll be one of the first to experience it. In addition to running The Dining Room, he also oversees the kitchen at OLA.

Horacio Rivadero is an amazing chef — and has received many accolades since The Dining Room’s opening, including the title of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best Gulf Coast Chef. Food & Wine loves him because “he’s making exquisite, gimmick-free Latin food with passion and precision.” Get ready to have your senses aroused because we are in for quite a treat.

Cost for this event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. Guests will enjoy a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres like Lamb Meatballs; Grilled Adobo Rubbed Cobia Skewers; Sweet Potato Gnocchi; and Baby Baked Patagonia. To pair with this delectable bites, guests will enjoy one glass of wine (either Chateau Ste Michelle Horse Heaven Sauvignon Blanc or Chateau Ste Michelle ‘Indian Wells’ Merlot).

For parking, there is a city lot and street parking available. Valet will be validated to $15 for patrons of Vesper.
