Hundreds will gather at 600 Brickell Avenue for the first-ever lighting ceremony of Brickell World Plaza, featuring a 40-foot wreath, music and refreshments. Students from area schools will exhibit original artwork and sing holiday classics. The event will kick off the season in what will become an annual event on the first Saturday of every December.

All proceeds from the ticketed event will benefit three Miami-Dade non-profit organizations: The Education Fund, the Humane Society of Greater Miami and Ronald McDonald House.
