Widely acclaimed musicians The Pinker Tones, Panic Bomber, and Mr. Pauer will all partake in a global electro show in Wynwood’s Awarehouse on Saturday, February 19th, 2011 at 9pm.
Together these three acts will bring a unique mix to one of Miami’s premier venues in Wynwood. The Pinker Tones, coming from Barcelona, will provide the indie electro pop sounds to Panic Bomber’s intense rock and punk take on the genre. Rounding out the set will be Venezuelan DJ/producer/remixer Mr. Pauer with his cumbia, new wave, and electronic world music. The Awarehouse provides the ideal setting for such a show, with its outdoor video-sculpture courtyard and spacious indoor main room, bar, and loft.
The Pinker Tones mix equal parts electronic funk, electric guitars, and latin psychedelia and their energetic stage antics leave you wondering how much longer you can keep on jumping.
Panic Bomber’s sound is probably best describe electro-brass-funk with whipping vocals. The act originally started out as a single dj/producer but he now brings so much more to the stage.
Mr. Pauer is a Miami based DJ/producer with a cult following in the city. His mixes are so eclectic that you can expect to hear anything from electro-samba to a new wave induced cumbia. While the combination might sound odd, trust us when we say that you’ll be wanting more.
