Chop Shop Chix Beauty Lab and Viewpoint Art join forces to produce an all female – all media art show promoting, showcasing and selling artworks of emerging female artists during Miami’s most exciting time of the year, the Art Basel Season.

In celebration of the up coming opening of Chop Shop Chix Beauty Lab – female version of acclaimed celebrity hot spot Chop Shop Barbershop – distinguished partners and sponsors come together to create Femmeart Miami, an all media – all female art show during celebrated Art Basel Season. Several of Miami’s best female artists will unite forces to create this momentous event: Michelle Oravitz, Eva Ruiz, Karlota Rodriguez, Claudia Calle, Charity Daw, Zayra Mo, Kat Rabbitt, Yvonne Cordoba and Fiorella Podesta.

The show will take place from December 1st to December 6th at Chop Shop Chix Beauty Lab new location in the historic MiMo District (7283 Biscayne Blvd). The purpose of Femmeart Miami is to create an outstanding platform for emerging female artists to showcase, promote and sell their art during this important season. The show will be a vital resource for art lovers to discover emerging and noteworthy female artists as well as new and alternative trends in contemporary art. Guests will also be able to enjoy the fascinating ambiance of MiMo District with its restaurants, lounges, cafes, bars, boutique stores and all around entertainment.

Femmeart Miami will officially open its doors the night of December 1st with a reception sponsored by Moonchine Asian Bistro and Nuvo Champagne. Free parking is available.
