The Ghost Light Hour is a Mossaic classical performance that blends opera and zarzuela masterpieces into a new dramatic narrative without altering the original music. It is staged in a near‑darkened theater lit only by the ghost light—the single bare bulb traditionally left glowing onstage after everyone leaves. This setting becomes the central metaphor: a beacon for voices, memories, and performers of the past, inviting them to “return” for one more appearance
