The Betsy – South Beach presents a month of multicultural programs highlighting Miami’s diverse creative voices. March features live performances in jazz, Cuban music, and soul, alongside a contemporary art exhibition and a distinguished writer-in-residence.
Featured events include:
• Cuerda & Clave: Sunday evenings with original Cuban-inspired piano and percussion.
International Women’s Day Weekend: The Harden Project and The Ellis Duo, blending jazz and soul.
• Carole Ann Taylor & the Angel Perez Trio: Classic jazz vocals and traditions.
• DeSean Kirkland: Engaging audiences with song and dance.
• Ray Tenorio Exhibition: Art inspired by African and Nordic mythology.
• Aurin Squire, Writer-in-Residence: Award-winning playwright and journalist.
