The Gates Hotel South Beach hosts Yin Flow & Vibrations with Maye Martinez on select Thursdays in February, offering deeply restorative evenings centered on movement, sound and intention. The February series kicks off with a special immersive sound healing and vision board experience on February 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. Designed as a guided ritual rather than a traditional yoga class, the event invites guests into a sanctuary of stillness and sound, combining gentle somatic movement, a sound healing journey and intentional vision board creation. Participants will be guided to align with their desired reality and create a sacred altar-style vision board in a reflective, meditative setting. General admission tickets begin at $33.
