Join local restaurants ADRIFT Mare and Giselle for the next monthly installment of Giselle’s visiting chef series in which Chef Gustavo Zuluaga partners with an invited chef to create a one-night-only experience focused on fun, creativity and celebrating culinary craft in true Giselle fashion.

Joining the special dinner is Chef Juan Carlos “JC” Lavalle of ADRIFT Mare, the Mediterranean oasis on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell. Helmed by Michelin-starred “Gypsy Chef” David Myers, Chef JC exemplifies the restaurant’s signature style. Together with Chef Zuluaga, the two will craft a captivating menu that fuses Mediterranean inspiration with Giselle’s signature French-Asian flair.
