This is not your typical steakhouse—it’s a rustic yet refined journey through flavor, fire, and artistry. Our butchers and chefs have crafted a bold “Rock Your Meat-World” menu, designed to showcase the best cuts, elevated cooking techniques, and the creativity of Max Guevara’s art.
At the heart of it all: a showstopping Wood-Roasted Midwestern Bone-In Prime Rib (G1 Certified), paired with wines selected to enhance every bite. Expect interactive dining, beautiful plating, and the warmth of a true communal table.

The cost for this experience is $135 + Gratuity & Tax and it includes:

A five-course feast + sides (not a tasting menu—you will leave full!)
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a $30 fee.
