Children ages 5 – 10 can enjoy a SCIENTASTIC SUMMER STEM experience at MODS’ summer camp program, presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. At Camp STEAMology, campers will enjoy interactive exploration and hands-on learning opportunities in the coolest camp environment, including a weekly IMAX immersion.

• Space Exploration with NASA (June 9 – 13)
• Expedition: Dinosaur! (June 16 – 20)
• Magical Camp Witches and Wizards (June 23 – 27)
• STEM: Water Play (June 30 – July 3)
• Padawan Academy (July 7 – 11)
• Animal Adventures (July 14 – 18)
• Messy Matter (July 21 – 25)
• LEGO Creation Explosion (July 28 – August 1)
• Enchanted Forests: Myths and Legends (August 4 – 8)
Plus, uncover the mysteries of Earth’s greatest transformation on an epic journey through final days of the dinosaurs during Expedition: Dinosaur – Rise of the Mammals! This captivating traveling exhibit takes you through the moments before, during and after the extinction event that ended the age of the dinosaurs. Guests will marvel at life-size animatronic dinosaurs and mammals, complete with realistic movements and sounds, and delve into fascinating educational and interactive hands-on activities including cutting-edge paleontology experiences as they journey through extinction, evolution and resilience. Developed by Stage Nine Exhibits and locally sponsored by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, the exhibit runs through September 1, 2025.
South Florida’s award-winning attraction features 150,000 square feet of dynamic science exhibits, an outdoor science park, a live animal collection, a rotating schedule of science shows, learning labs, café, store and a grand atrium featuring the Great Gravity Clock, a 52-foot-tall kinetic energy sculpture; the largest clock in Florida. The showpiece of the museum since 1993, this unique timepiece is one of only three in the world.
Camp STEAMology weekly camps cost $300 for Museum members and $350 for non-members. Aftercare tuition is $50 per child for the four-day camp and $55 per child for weekly camps.
