Designed to activate the chakras, relax the mind and reduce negative emotions, this two-hour meditation will call upon guests to set their intentions for the month ahead and channel the summer full moon’s immense energy through guided breathwork, visualizations and mantra exercises.

Certified leader Eric Lopez, a shamanic practitioner, will also guide this therapeutic group workshop to convert emotional trauma into profound release and enlightenment. Through this introspective study and a range of group exercises derived from shamanic rituals, participants are enabled to break their destructive family patterns and process unresolved conflicts, challenges and distress that effect their lives in real-time.
