Moments at Manatee Lagoon is an interactive talk and tour of Manatee Lagoon – An FPL Eco Discovery Center. Learn about Florida’s iconic sea animal through interactive and engaging exhibits and hear from experts themselves.

Moments at Manatee Lagoon is held EVERY Wednesday and Saturday starting Wednesday, April 6 and includes the following activities:

10:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Much Ado about Manatees Walking Tour
Guests will experience all that Manatee Lagoon has to offer, while learning about manatees from the inside out. The walking tour will include discussions on manatee anatomy, physiology, and GPS tracking. Patrons can touch and feel manatee high-bone density and marching molars and engage in interactive, touch-screen displays.

2 – 3 p.m. – Lake Work Lagoon: A Natural Treasure in our Backyard Educational Talk
Explore the Lake Worth Lagoon through this engaging presentation discussing the Lagoon’s environment and wildlife as well as the history of the Lake Worth Lagoon.
