Industry insiders to celebrate a launch event featuring complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks
On Monday, May 16th, South Beach’s VITA by Bâoli will host a kick-off party celebrating the resto-lounge’s new industry insider perk program. Guests who work in the hospitality business will receive a 20 percent discount off all dishes, cocktails and bottle service. The soirée begins at 7:00 p.m. and will take place in Vita’s lush outdoor Tuscan garden. Attendees will enjoy complimentary signature bites and specialty cocktails throughout the evening. In order to take advantage of this discount, guests must present a valid and current employment ID/business card detailing their position and place of work. This offer is available every day of the week, except Wednesdays.
Industry insiders can receive a percentage off of any dish from the Mediterranean-inspired menu including an Ahi Tuna Tartar served with homemade spicy guacamole and fingerling potato chips; Artichoke & Lobster Salad with sundried tomatoes, scallions and shallots deglazed with sherry vinegar, topped with arugula salad and tomato and spinach coulis; Black Truffle Risotto topped with Piedmontese black truffle shavings and a decadent Chocolate Fondue for Two featuring melted dark Belgian chocolate, an assortment of fresh fruits, marshmallows, chocolate chip cookies and Madeleine cake. Cocktails include an invigorating Espresso Martini made with vanilla vodka, Kalhua, fresh espresso, dark Godiva chocolate and topped off with a sugar rim; and a refreshing Green Destiny drink prepared with vodka, muddled kiwi and cucumber, and topped with a splash of apple juice.
