An exhibition presented by the Miami International Cultural Alliance (MICA) and directed by Sophie Videment.

The third edition of the MIAC, the MIAC III, Away From the Horde is a thematic group exhibition about the psychological, spiritual and emotional states of mind which appear when being physically or personally apart from others. Each work explores several aspects of self introspection, free spirit, underground worlds and wisdom.

You fill find works from world renowned artists dialoguing with young talent’s, all originated from eleven countries represented in our vibrant, multicultural city.

The MIAC III, Away From the Horde features a selection of paintings, videos, photographs, and sculptural installations by artists Daniel Azulay, Daniele Ballerini, Michèle Beaudin, Alice Betancourt, Perez Celis, Ofra Ben David, Ira Eduardovna, Rodrigo Fló, Horst Kohlem, Friedrich Kunath, Paulo Laborne, Wanderson Marccio, Marithou, Jill Mulleady, Philip Ross Munro, Nelson Neirner, Rafal Olbinski, Tomasz Rut, Analía Sandleris, Serge Strosberg, Guy Syllien, Alicia H.Torres.

The MIAC is an annual exhibition presented by the Miami International Cultural Alliance (MICA) and directed for the third consecutive year by Sophie Videment. Art Advisor, member of the European Chamber of Expert-Advisors in Fine Arts, Sophie Videment has curated several exhibitions in Europe and the United States, and is a contributor on contemporary art and culture for French and American magazines.
