Imported from the South of France, the 5,000 square-foot venue by European nightlife impresario Julien Manival brings new life to the iconic 1437 Washington Avenue address. Tomorrow’s VIP preview will boast complimentary cocktails by Parisian flair mixologist Alex Tengo (opened Nikki Beach Portugal), sounds by resident international DJ Nico De Andrea (Paris-Cannes) & DJ N’Dy (St. Tropez), and special Circque du Solei-themed performances.
