Event featuring all-you-can-eat sweet treats will benefit local charities
If sweet treats are the way to anyoneâ€™s heart, then The Shops at Sunset Placeâ€™s â€œHow Sweet It Isâ€ on Thurs., Nov. 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. is sure to please. The Shops at Sunset Place, one of South Miamiâ€™s leading retail and entertainment destinations, will welcome the areaâ€™s finest chefs and caterers to take part in a delicious tasting celebration that will benefit local charities: the Academy of Information Technology; A Safe Haven for Newborns; Simon Youth Foundation; Transition, Inc., and Vent Love, Inc.
The Shops at Sunset Placeâ€™s â€œHow Sweet It Isâ€ attendees will enjoy a delicious display of all-you-can-eat desserts and sweet treats, as well as live entertainment by The Living Dolls Dance Factory and many more. The evening will also include a kid zone with family-friendly activities such as cookie decorating, a trail-mix creation station, face painting and more.

Tickets are $20 and children 10 and under can enjoy the event for free. Parking tickets will be validated with the purchase of an event ticket.
