Come join us for live music and yoga at the Blue Monster golf course featuring popular local instructor Sri Sudarshan. Enjoy an hour-long guided yoga class through the Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) flowing into inversions and meditation. The program will end with the vibrations of sound healing to promote peace and inner harmony.
