Essensia’s culinary team and Chef Julie Frans will host a special end of the growing season Garden Party benefiting the Environmental Coalition of Miami and the Beaches (ECOMB). Join the Garden Party for a special tour and tasting of Essensia’s Organic Chef’s Garden at The Palms Hotel & Spa. All of the proceeds will benefit ECOMB.
 
The Garden Party will begin in the sandy area in front of the garden’s entrance at 5:00 p.m. Chef Julie will identify the organic produce, herbs and greens in the garden and prepare tastings utilizing ingredients from the garden. In addition, the Garden Party will feature passed “garden to glass” cocktails and special garden appetizers. ECOMB, an environmental not-for-profit organization founded in 1994, is dedicated to the promotion of environmental sustainability and the preservation of our community’s ecology.
