Masquerade is the theme for this month’s Lowedown.

On the first Thursday of each month during the academic year, the Lowe Art Museum hosts the exciting Lowedown Happy Hour event. This monthly event is designed to broaden and deepen public knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the visual arts, encourage membership to the Lowe, and enhance academic and public awareness and appreciation of art in general. Each month has a different theme along includes a gallery tour or lecture, light hors d’oeuvres, and bar. The crowd is diverse with Lowe members of all ages, patrons from the community, young professionals, as well as UM faculty, staff, and students with proper ID.
