Join Dine Magazine at The Oceanaire Seafood Room in Mary Brickell Village for another Dine Happy Hour event, as we visit Chef Kareem Anguin. Hailing from Jamaica, Chef Kareem adds his Caribbean influences to all of his culinary delicacies, among them his short ribs with wasabi mash, lobster and mushroom risotto, citrus sweet potato, shrimp and grits, and tempura Alaskan King crab. The Oceanaire, recently updated with dramatic hues of Aruba blue and silver with cherry wood accents, has a sleek new ambiance offering guests the ultimate upscale dining experience. In addition to new carpet, artwork and dining booths with creative lighting displays, the restaurant also boasts a renovated bar with an open, airy feel that adds a touch of drama to The Oceanaire setting along with new seating.

Cost is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes 1 glass of wine and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres like: Short Rib Sliders, Tempura Shrimp with Nouc Cham Sauce, Crispy Fried Calamari with Tamarind Chipotle Glaze and Yellowfin Tuna Poke.
