Easter Seals South Florida Festival of Chefs is one of South Florida’s longest running and premier charity food and wine events with a wonderful recipe for this year’s celebration. We will start with a large helping of South Florida’s most acclaimed chefs serving up their special delicacies, together with a glorious display of auction items, and a great sampling of wines and champagnes’ to toast this most amazing organization which has been caring for children and adults in Miami-Dade County since 1942.

This year’s 22nd Annual Festival of Chefs will be presented on November 10, 2010 at Nikki Beach on Miami Beach from 7 pm to 10 pm. A special thank you to Executive Chef Michael Gilligan, from KNR Food Concepts at the W South Beach, who will be our Host Chef again this year. Easter Seals South Florida’s culinary arts students will have their own booth.”

Popular Miami-based artist, MANO will provide a variety of his work for the silent auction together with vacation packages with airfare, hotel getaways, and other high-end luxury items.

Proceeds will benefit Easter Seals South Florida which provides services for babies to the elderly.
