Miami21 is an urban planning document for the City of Miami. It is supposed to create a greener, more people-friendly City. There is a lot to like about the “big picture” objectives.

The Devil is in the Details, however. The City has an old tradition of making deals that are against the public’s good.
**
It is up to YOU, the resident, to be sure that when they say it is “Your City, Your Plan” that this is true.
People participating makes a HUGE difference in the results. Numbers matter: the more, the better.
