DINING OUT FOR LIFE 2009
Dine Out, Fight AIDS
On April 30th, many of the area’s best restaurants will donate a percentage of their day’s receipts as participants of Dining Out For Life. Dining Out For Life is a one-day international fundraiser benefiting HIV/AIDS charities in participating cities. This is the fourth year that Dining Out For Life in South Florida will benefit Care Resource.
Care Resource is the area’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS community service organization. Funds raised through Dining Out For Life will go to support the services Care Resource provides in Miami-Dade and Broward.

We invite you to take part in this delicious event on April 30th by dining out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with family, friends or co-workers at one of the participating restaurants listed on www.DiningOutForLife.com. New restaurants are signing up daily, so check back often.

CALL FOR AMBASSADORS
Volunteer for Dining Out For Life

If you are outgoing and like to make a difference, this is the volunteer opportunity for you!

Like every fundraising event, Dining Out For Life South Florida relies on the help of our volunteers. The most important of these is our “Restaurant Ambassadors.”

As an ambassador you will ask friends, family and co-workers to join you at your designated restaurant. You will also speak with restaurant patrons about the event and Care Resource. Don’t worry! Traning and talking points are provided. The time commitment is minimal, but the satisfaction is great!

This year Lucky Strike Lanes in Miami Beach will host the Ambassador’s Wrap Party. After a hard day’s work as an ambassador you are invited to hang out with your fellow ambassadors and enjoy bowling and munchies compliments of Lucky Strike.
Also, ambassadors are eligible for wonderful prizes donated by our participating restaurants and sponsors, such as gift certificates from Bond St. Lounge and Galanga.

Online registration for ambassadors is now open at www.diningout.kintera.org.

If you’d like more information about being an ambassador or would like to volunteer in another capacity, please call us at 305-576-1234 x236 or visit www.DiningOutForLife.com/Miami
and click on “Volunteer”.
