Have you ever known what you needed to do but still felt stuck?

“UnStuck” is an interactive mental-health workshop created to help you identify what has been holding you back, challenge the way you speak to yourself and reconnect with your confidence.

Led by psychology professor, grief specialist and confidence coach Dominique Dorsett, this experience combines honest conversation, psychology-informed activities and practical tools you can use beyond the workshop.

You will leave with greater clarity, stronger self-awareness and a realistic next step toward the person and life you have been trying to create.

This event is open to both men and women and is being held in recognition of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
