Get excited for a unique Dinner Collaboration with Chef Niven Patel and Miami food Personality, Eleanor Hoh’s Wok Star Supper Club. We’ll be exploring the vibrant flavors and colorful Caribbean, Southeast Asian food in a tropical, cozy dining room.

You’ll be seated with like-minded guests for the duration of your dinner and get to know people in a more relaxed atmosphere. After dinner, there’ll be a chance for deeper conversation and meeting new people at Paya’s beautiful patio poolside bar!

Here’s what to expect when you arrive…
You’ll be greeted with a Welcome sparkling rosé by Dona Rosalba. Other beverages can be ordered a la carte.

Settle in with your guests, then we’ll begin with the TASTING MENU,
3-course, 10-dish Prix Fixe feast served family style…Duck Lumpia and
Chicken Hakka Noodles are just some of the 1st courses. Next, the Mains which include Tamarind Lamb Chops and Mango Chicken Curry. Dessert is the moist Brugal 1888 Rum cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
