Shops at Pembroke Gardens (SPG) announces the return of the highly anticipated event, Taste of the Gardens, a beloved community event dedicated to supporting local nonprofits. Scheduled from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, this year’s event promises an evening of culinary delights, live music and art and charitable giving. The event sells out and tickets should be secured in advance.

For more than ten years, SPG has partnered with The Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce to curate a unique experience where attendees can choose from an impressive lineup of well over a dozen participating restaurants including Brimstone Woodfire Grill, Brio Italian Grille, Carrot Express, Casa España, Fuddruckers, Gelosia, Häagen-Dazs, Havana 1957, Level TwentyNine, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, Misha’s Cupcakes, RA Sushi, Sal’s Italian Ristorante, Sirocco Mediterranean, The Pub and Village Tavern.

Taste of the Gardens exemplifies the spirit of giving back, with proceeds from ticket sales benefiting local nonprofits including American Cancer Society, Children’s Harbor, Falcon Foundation, West Care The Village South, Kiwanis Club of Miramar/Pembroke Pines, Pooches in Pines, Voices of Children and Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund. To date, Taste of the Gardens has raised over $80,000 to benefit various local charities, fostering community engagement and supporting worthwhile causes.

“We are excited for the return of Taste of the Gardens, an event that celebrates our diverse culinary scene and reaffirms our support for the community,” said Annette Alvarez, Shops at Pembroke Gardens. “We are honored to continue our long-standing partnership with the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce to plan this event and support local nonprofits while providing guests with a memorable experience.”

“The Taste of the Gardens event has grown into an incredibly popular event to support our local nonprofit partners – from foster family organizations and service clubs to animal rescues and scholarship funders,” said Patty Archer, President of the Chamber. “It’s a great event to showcase the culinary diversity of the Shops at Pembroke Gardens, as well as an opportunity to celebrate the spirit of community for those that do so much for the children and families in Miramar and Pembroke Pines. We are very proud to be a longtime partner in this showcase event.”
