Synopsis:
Clytemnestra and her lover Aegisthus kill Agamemnon after he returns from the Trojan War. Electra and her brother Orestes plot to kill their mother and her lover to revenge Agamemnon’s death.

Director:
Fernando Calzadilla is a theater designer, dramaturg, performance scholar and artist. He has a PhD in Performance Studies from New York University where he worked closely with Richard Schechner and Diana Taylor. A native Venezuelan, Fernando has been awarded 14 times best set, costumes, or lighting designer for his work in Caracas. He is Resident Artist at Miami Theater Center, teaches East Coast Artist (ECA) Performance Workshop at New York University, and rasaboxes (actors’ training technique) at colleges and regional theaters throughout the U.S.
